Do I need to book in advance?
No, booking is not required. You can purchase your tickets at the entrance.
How long does the visit take?
The visit usually lasts between 40 minutes and up to 2 hours, depending on your pace and interest.
Is the exhibition suitable for children?
Yes! It’s especially suited for children aged 6 and up, but even younger kids enjoy the experience – especially our interactive projector. Children under 6 enter for free.
Can I bring my dog?
Dogs are potentially allowed, but they might disturb other visitors. Please check with the ticket desk before entering.
Can I take photos?
Yes, both with and without flash. Please respect other visitors.
If you want to use photos for commercial purposes (blog, website, media, etc.), you must get prior permission from Maison d’Illusion.
Is the exhibition wheelchair accessible?
Currently, half of the exhibition is wheelchair accessible.
A platform to access the remaining area will be ready by mid-July 2025.
Are there any discounts?
Yes:
- for seniors (with valid ID),
- for visitors holding a ticket from our partners (Chemin des Cimes, Château fort de Fleckenstein),
- group rates are available upon request via email.
